The hotel's staff were friendly and approachable. the restaurant's location across the road and the limited menu selection made for a less satisfying dining experience. the number of flies in the restaurant detracted from the overall ambiance.

Nothing not too like.

The exclusive amenities at this hotel were fabulous - we loved the spa, sauna and outdoor swimming pool with saltwater. the service was impressive, with friendly staff who catered to our every need. the room included luxurious advantages such as a private terrace with sun loungers and beach umbrellas, and we enjoyed a delicious special diet menu at the BBQ facilities.

The only minor issue we encountered was the nearby road traffic, which was surprisingly noisy at times. this was quickly forgotten due to the stunning location advantages, including a peaceful and relaxing sun terrace.

Although there were a few things I didn't enjoy during my city trip, there were some positive aspects. the staff was welcoming, and they offered us complementary spa services and an enjoyable movie night by the pool. the location was perfect for us because it was close to the city center and a popular restaurant, which we enjoyed. I also appreciated the beautiful spa and the modern landscape design.

The staff, especially Mr. Chandra, went above and beyond to ensure our happiness and satisfaction. The presence of camels and lizards added to the unique charm of the place. Additionally, the salt room and the pool were incredibly relaxing amenities. I highly recommend this retreat for those seeking a unique and contrasting experience amidst nature's beauty.
